This website & e-commerce store is owned and managed by DOUM OFFICIAL SARL hereinafter referred to as DOUM OFFICIAL. All information, products and services provided are solely for your personal, non-commercial use. By accessing this website, you agree to the below terms and conditions. If you do not agree to them, please do not access this website.

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER:

The display of any item on our website is not an offer to sell. We shall be under no obligation to supply the products ordered through this website. If you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase the items from us. We will acknowledge your order as soon as possible but will be under no obligation to supply the products ordered unless we have the products in stock & available at the prices specified.

If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING:

We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. international orders are shipped by DHL, LA POSTE or UPS for a speedy delivery. We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. If you wish to track your parcel and have not received an email with your tracking details, please contact us and we will track your shipment for you or email you a tracking number that can be used at www.dhl-ma.com and www.poste.ma

Delivery information such as Customers Name, Location Address and Contact Number will be stored for delivery purposes. Other personal identifiable information will not be stored.

We aim to get most orders dispatched within 10-14 days or sooner, subject to the dress specifications, credit card clearance, stock, your location, time & date of order, address verification, shipping time, & availability of items. We will contact you via email or phone if there is an unreasonable delay or if the items are out of stock.
We ship to all countries via DHL, LA POSTE and UPS courier services. Based on the item delivery destination, some items will be shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis i.e. any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
If you for any reason refuse delivery, or are unavailable or unable to take the time despite reasonable attempts by the courier company, your item will be returned to DOUM OFFICIAL and you will be charged for the unpaid duties, taxes & additional shipping costs.

TERMS OF EXCHANGE/REFUND/RETURNS:

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. To avoid any inconvenience or delays, we always recommend that our customers review the order in detail before making a purchase. However, for any reason the purchased item does not fit well, you may email us at info@doumofficial.com quoting your Order number and issue within 7 days of receiving your order.

Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official reference number will not be accepted. If you prefer, you can contact one of our customer care representatives (contact details below) who will be happy to guide you.
Once we receive the said information, a customer service representative will contact you. If the item is not available in stock we shall provide a credit note that can be used on www.doumofficial.com at any time within 2 months.
Only credit note is provided. No refunds possible.

All customers from can email us at info@doumofficial.com with their Order ID & reason for credit. Once we receive this request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit note. If your request is approved, then a credit will automatically be applied to your account within 15 to 30 days.


DAMAGED GOODS:

Although we are very thorough in checking all items before it is dispatched, if you do receive a damaged item, please let us know by email at info@doumofficial.com quoting your Order Number, the description of the damage and an image. Please note that any claim for damaged goods or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package.

All customers from can email us at info@doumofficial.com with their Order ID & nature of damage. Once we receive this request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit note. If your request is approved, then a credit will automatically be applied to your account within 15 to 30 days.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

After a customer makes a payment online, they must cancel the order within 24 hours (1 day) to reverse the transaction.

STORE CREDIT TERMS:

Subject to our terms of return, if there is nothing available at the time that you would like to exchange your purchased item for, DOUM OFFICIAL will issue you a store credit.

Store Credit can only be used online at our website: www.doumofficial.com
Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you have selected "Store Credit" as the refund method.
Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store (if available).
Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
Note: Please treat Store Credit securely like cash.

To view your Store Credit Balance, log into your DOUM OFFICIAL account. Your Store Credit balance will be displayed on the “My Account” page.

PAYMENT:

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card. If “Credit Card Online” is selected as the payment methods, then the details on the Customers ID (Card holder’s ID) should exactly match that of the credit card used to make the purchase. We do not accept or offer cash, payment on delivery, bank transfer, check at this stage.

All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks & authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order. For ‘first-time’ online customers, we may request that shipping be to the credit card billing address only.

By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.

If the billing details for your order are the same as your delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the delivery address details. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing.

Accessing the website is at your own risk. DOUM OFFICIAL will not be responsible to you if we are unable to provide our services for any reason beyond our control.

The content of our website is presented, "as is". We do not guarantee its accuracy, whether explicit or implied. We reserve the right to amend errors, make changes to our website, withdraw any part of our site or to update product information at any time if we consider it necessary.


LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY:

Except in relation to our contractual obligations to supply goods following acceptance of orders placed on our website, neither we nor any of our employees, suppliers or other representatives will be liable in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise for any loss or damage whatsoever in any way connected with your use of the website.

You agree fully to indemnify us, our employees, suppliers or other representatives from and against all liabilities against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses,including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this website. We may terminate your use of the website immediately if we consider that you have breached these terms and conditions.

JURIDICTION:

This website is controlled and operated by DOUM OFFICIAL in Marrakech,Morocco. These terms and conditions and all matters connected with any order you place in our website are governed by Morocco law. In case of any disputes the law applicable would be based on Morocco Governing Law.

Note: Morocco is DOUM OFFICIAL’s country of domicile.
